Bylaws Task Force
The July 2026 bylaws were prepared by the board's Bylaws Task Force, chaired by Daryl Cochrane, with members Jay Baez, James Berlin, Tracy McNeil, and Anthony Viola. The amended and restated bylaws were approved on June 23, 2026 and took effect July 1, 2026.
