Día de Muertos Concert: A Celebration of Life and Remembrance

Inwood Art Works presents an evening of music honoring the Day of the Dead, featuring mezzo-soprano Carla López-Speziale and guitarist Nilko Andreas. The program includes “La Llorona,” familiar from the Disney film Coco, and works by María Grever, Macedonio Alcalá, César Portillo de la Luz, Joaquín Rodrigo, and other composers from Mexico, Latin America, and beyond.

Doors open at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $20 online and at the door; the audience is capped at 50, so buying in advance is recommended.
